- Ragtime- ragtime enjoyed its peak popularity between 1895 and 1918.
- Opera- opera is an art form in which singers and musicians perform a dramatic work combining text (called a libretto) and musical score, usually in a theatrical setting. Opera incorporates many of the elements of spoken theatre, such as acting, scenery, and costumes and sometimes includes dance. The performance is typically given in an opera house, accompanied by an orchestra or smaller musical ensemble.
A couple months ago the song "Demons" by Imagine Dragons was finally released to contemporary hit radio stations on 17 September 2013 as an official single. The song talks about the demon we all have inside us. That one thing we try to hide by putting a mask on. And that no matter how hard we try to destroy or hide that part of us it will always be there. In addition, this song has been a moderate commercial success worldwide, charting in several countries.
