Do you want not only to look good but be healthy too? Well here are some tips and tricks that anyone at any age can use to get ripped, anywhere! There are two key concepts you need to keep in mind; a healthy diet and exercise. It will take a lot of hard work and patience to get your desired results, but after all it's worth it.
Let's go over your diet.
In the morning, start your day with a small bowl of cereal; choose the type of cereal that has low carbs, low sugar, and lots of protein. Also, have it with 2% milk or non fat yogurt. If you get hungry between breakfast and lunch, eat an apple or any other fruit you'd like. For lunch, your meal has to include turkey or chicken, a fair variety of vegetables, and any grains like a slice of bread or brown rice.
If you are still hungry, eat a hand full of nuts, they are full of protein but be careful not to eat too many, nuts have lots of fats and oils in them. Finally, don't eat after 6:00 in the evening.
Next, you need to find a workout program that suits you. Think about what you want to train on, and build up (chest, arms, legs, abs, etc.). If you do not have any experience with the gym or working out in general, then just go outside and jog for an hour or so. If you have been in the gym before, or if you have any workout experience, then go to the gym. When you get to the gym, use every machine you want/need, and record the maximum number of times you can do the exercise. That is now your workout plan, follow this routine every day of the week and you are guaranteed to get ripped.
Alright, I hope that everyone has learned how to maintain a healthy diet and build the perfect body. Remember that it takes time to see results, so be patient. Also remember that if you stop working out after you have built up your muscle, you will start losing it. All in all, make sure to just be healthy and active, and you'll be looking good in no time.
