There are many possibilities for exercise you can do. You don’t need to go to the gym, you can do it by yourself. Here are some examples of exercises to stay in shape:
1. Basketball and soccer are great ways to stay in shape. All you need is a ball and some friends to play with.
2. Go for a run or a brisk walk with your favorite music and your best friend regularly.
3. Try swimming as it is known to be the best exercise because it works your whole body.
4. If you have video dance games, it is a great way to exercise while enjoying yourself at the same time.
5. To use weights, try to find things around your home like bottles of water, tins, heavy fruits (i.e melon) and more.
6. Go to the beach, enjoy yourself, play "mattkot", netball or even football.
7. CrossFit is excellent exercise. It`s about pushups weights and many other exercises. If you would like to be fit in a very short time, you should try it.
